Another way to keep yourself looking young is eating right. Eating the junk food with sugar and chemicals just makes you more unhealthy. Instead of eating that junk, try an apple or a salad. These fruits and vegetables will keep you healthy and strong. Also try and get organic foods. Those are even healthier than non-organic foods and instead of regular milk, try rice milk. Its better for you and it gives you more calcium.
