Taking care of your body

Would you like to look young? If so follow these tips on how to eat healthy and get active. First we'll look at getting active. You should always get off the couch and get active at least an hour everyday. It can be almost anything! It can be as simple as just walking around your neighborhood with friends. Another way to keep yourself looking young is eating right. Eating the junk food with sugar and chemicals just makes you more unhealthy. Instead of eating that junk, try an apple or a salad. These fruits and vegetables will keep you healthy and strong. Also try and get organic foods. Those are even healthier than non-organic foods and instead of regular milk, try rice milk. Its better for you and it gives you more calcium. 






Don't live your life sitting on a couch playing video games and watching t.v. Get up and active, eat healthy. It will help you become strong and you will look younger than you feel
